to VAT at the prevailing rate (currently 17.5%)
4. Minimum weekly spend per agreement is £6.50
(ex vat)
5. We do not warrant the suitability of goods for any
specific purpose and you should check specifications
and the suitability before ordering
6. Goods are not sold on a trail basis
7. Prices and manufacturers specifications subject to
change without notice. Minor specification variations
do not entitle hirer to rescind contract
8. Claims for damage non-functionality and mis-shipping
must be made with seven days receipt
9. After this date, and in all circumstances after 28
days, repair and replacement will not be offered
10. A restocking fee of 25% of the retail price of the
goods is charged on returns, which prove to be non-defective
11. You must use any manufacturer or on-site arrangements
provided. On-site maintenance applies in mainland GB
only.
12. We are not liable for any consequential loss or
expenses, however so caused
13. Errors and omissions excepted
14. All rental agreements will be subject to terms and
conditions of the lease, a full copy of which is on
the reverse of every Lease IT Europe agreement and a
copy is available on request.
All prices quoted exclude VAT and delivery
All delivery is subject to receipt of correctly completed
and authorised rental agreements.
